Laptop with DualScreen almost freeze during video calls

As the title says, during Teams or Google video calls, the CPU usage increase a lot for a while (20-60s) so the video and audio starts to shutter. After a while the CPU usage decreases and the laptop is usable again (or if I stop the video calls).
