i was wondering if there are any laptop badges available from anywhere?

ive seen ubuntu ones that look like vista badges and was wondering any suse ones?

Two come with the boxed 11.0. Not sure how you get them otherwise (?).

yeh i was looking more for the windows look alike one,

has anybody got any pics of these ones that come with the boxed version?

I just made one myself, used the appropriate paper type for it to print on and there it was…

exactly what type of paper are you guys using? Do they make a glossy sticker paper that I can run through my lazer printer at 1200 dpi?

1200 dpi? How big is that thing going to be? O.K. so I’m a Luddite. If you want something large checkout Skinit.com They can do a custom skin with your design… Oh, and I just can’t resist… “Badges!?.. We don’t need no stinkn’ badges!” :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah, I’d like to get some too.

System76 sends Ubuntu badges to you for free if you send them a self-addressed stamped envelop.

We need to get Novell or somebody else (Lenovo?) to do this too.

The other thing is that they are SuSE and not openSUSE stickers. There is a slight difference between the logos.

thanks i’ll look into the website, and now i’m curious about changing my designed for windows xp sticker…what type of paper would i use for that?

I used HP Brochure and Flyer Paper for it. (the result when printed with a good printer is a soft gloss)
