Laptop as Wifi AP and some android ohone can not connected [How did I solve the problem]

Problem:
after upgrade from Leap15.6 → Leap16 some smartphones(not all) are now unable to connect via Wi-Fi.
(my laptop( Leap16) configured as Wifi AP. )
I use this mode to auth:

802-11-wireless-security.key-mgmt:      wpa-psk

How to:
After making this setting on the laptop WiFi AP - all smartphones can connect:

nmcli> set 802-11-wireless-security.pmf disable

Old(default) vaule was “0”.
