LAN doesn't work after reinstall opensuse 12.3

Hi,

My LAN doesn’t work after I reinstalled the opensuse 12.3. I checked the hardware information in YAST. The network card looks fine except link state is 0.

*Network Card
RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+(eth0)

*Any suggestion is very welcome.

Did you read the release notes before installing 12.3? It appears not.
