Lagging after sleep on tumbleweed

I have a problem with sleep on a tumbleweed. My laptop starts to lag after sleep. Sometimes it lasts for a couple of seconds, and sometimes it is fixed only by rebooting. The logs are clean. In the login screen, everything works fine. However, after login, it starts. I encountered this problem on two laptops - Thinkpad T14 G2 and Dell Latitude 5420. It is worth noting that both laptops have the same CPU - i5 1135G7
Perhaps this is somehow related. I could not get the same behavior on Fedora, but the tests were conducted for too little time to say for sure
It is also worth clarifying that both laptops do not support/disabled S3

Welcome to the openSUSE Forums!
Do those laptops have an Nvidia GPU? If so, there are several threads in the Forum about sleep/resume problems related to those discrete GPUs.

Please share the graphics hardware, driver, and environment details…
