Kwallet migration agent? Leap 42.1

I installed Leap 42.1 (I had 13.2 before) and the kwallet migration agent
keeps appearing when the kwallet is accessed (for instance when I try to
mount an encrypted USB stick etc).

Is there a need for the KW migration agent to pop up every time?
I supposed that once an existing kwallet was migrated that would be it.
Can this be fixed and if so, how?

If I open the kwallet manager I see everything fine (it says it is the KDE
wallet manager v 2.0m using KDE 4.14.10).
