kwallet ... add an application to a wallet

I recently installed 64bit Skype … every time i go to log onto Skype i get asked to provide a keyring password from a wallet. When i go to KWallet manager is see a tab for ‘Applications’ but no means by which to add a new application to the wallet???

What am i missing here?

skype does not use kwallet it uses gnome wallet

here is solution note you may lose startup sound if so change KDE sound backend to VLC
