Yesterday, 2017-12-15, I’ve upgraded my machine from 42.2. to 42.3.
And this bug is around, and #9](https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/527394-KVM-guest-will-not-start-with-latest-version-of-kernel?p=2840000#post2840000) is a valid solution.
Just reporting how static things are lol!
The people assigned to that bug are asking for more, or more specific info which may be holding things up.
If you are experiencing the problem, pls read the bug and possibly contribute to the bug report.
