Just did a full clean install of 12.2 from 11.4 and have to say so far this was the most smooth experience for me since 10.3 when I started using it. Still avoiding pulse like the plague but that is easily done during install by removing it and after that everything went perfect, fast booting, and a very fluid working kde4.So thanks to the 12.2 team, testers etc. etc.

I like the latest release very much as well. It’s the best one since 11.4 (didn’t use 12.1 for no particular reason). I also switched to LXDE with the fresh new install and repartitioned my hard drive during installation (no problems experienced and the process was very easy). Certainly this is my favorite Linux distro. Keep this up everybody
