I wanted to send some kudos via https://kudos.opensuse.org/ — I wonder if not all users/usernames are available?
I haven’t found https://build.opensuse.org/users/Sauerland and https://build.opensuse.org/users/vbabka — wheresas I found some others (including myself).

You can add a user ( make sure the spelling is correct ), the button is next to the user_search_field:

I have found (and properly sent) some before. And now, you @knurpht should have got a kudos message, too.
But I still cannot find https://build.opensuse.org/users/vbabka — before, I couldn’t find https://build.opensuse.org/users/Sauerland, but it worked just now — but the problems remains for https://build.opensuse.org/users/vbabka .
(Maybe just look at kudos.o.o : you should notice some (several!) kudos by me…)
Another example:
Luboš did not want to pull in the entire IDP database but to let Kudoš ( 
) own database slowly grow. Hence the Add button.
This button is to add more than 1 user for a message — not to add users to the database.
Another user database for this service? Really? … And I just got en error from id.o.o on login attempt there.
