I haven’t been using KTorrent that much lately, so it was only today that I’ve noticed the Bluetack filter I used, pipfilter.dat.gz, is no more.
pipfilter was nothing more than most (if not all) of the other Bluetack filters put together in a single list, so I should be able to generate my own paranoid filter by aggregating the IPs from all their currently available lists. I know BISS’ Blocklist Manager is supposed to do this, but they only have a Windows version. Another option would be using PeerBlock, but I didn’t like their interface very much the last time I tried it out.
Is there a way to quickly combine all the lists and then upload that output to KTorrent? Or maybe make KTorrent accept multiple blocklists at once?
Thanks, I had that that link. My point is - is there an easy/quick way to aggregate multiple lists into one? KTorrent, IP filter plugin seems to require a single file.
It appears that this blocklist manager you speak does run on wine. would tat interest you? WineHQ - Blocklist Manager
I also noticed something interesting. When i use transmission i can load lists one by one and automatically appends the data from the lists.
