I love ksnapshot, so much so that I feel slightly guilty about closing it after it has done its work so brilliantly and efficiently (What a sad man eh?)
Anyhoo would there be any way to tweak it so that instead of saving to my computer, going to my image host, and finding and uploading the new image, I could upload directly from within ksnapshot?
I’m not aware of ksnapshot having web functionality.

You can choose what program to use to open the image.
Maybe you can write a script that uploads the image and use that script with
ksnapshot.
PS: i’m not the right person to ask about writing a script

From KSnapshot, you can open in Gwenview which has the option to export to a variety of web locations and the option to add a plugin for your own.
