any idea houw to achieve konsole transparency? with compiz-fusion if i drug it around desktop it gets transparent, would be nice to actually have it transparent.

Yes… but what you’re seeing with compiz-fusion is EVERYTHING made
transparent. I think you’re just wanting a composite aware konsole
so that just the background of the app is transparent (leaving the
text opacity alone).
So… that would require a composite aware konsole… not sure
if one exists.
You are supposed to be able to run konsole with this command:
konsole --real-transparency
…and it should be transparent.
Unfortunately it never seems to work for me :(.
Another way is to use the gnome terminal instead, that works perfectly, although you’ll have to install all the gnome stuff it needs, but that should be done automatically when you select gnome-terminal for installation.
