It was fine the last time I checked. What’s going on, but more importantly, how do fix it?

What you see there is your hostname, which you have currently set to be
changed via DHCP, who seems to include your MAC address in that. If you
don’t like that, disable ] “change Hostname via DHCP” in YaST and set
the hostname to something you like.
