When you install Konqueror with sudo zypper in konquerorwith Zypper the KDE Bookmark Editor (keditbookmarks), which is a pretty core bit of functionality for a web browser, is not automatically selected. It took me a bit of troubleshooting to understand how bookmarks are managed and that it was even a thing and that I should install it. It should be marked as a dependency or something so it gets picked up when Konqueror is being installed. Whose attention should I bring this to and how?
The best would be to fix it yourself and submit SR. This can be used as a starting point (although recent migration to GIT may complicate things).
