Konqueror doesn't start

on my 15.6 running KDE if I launch konqueror clicking on its icon or using konsole it doesn’t start and nothing happen even in konsole

how ca I have konqueror working?

I have an up-to-date Leap 15.6 here. It hadn’t Konqueror installed. I did so. The icon is there in the user’s starter menu. Clicking on it starts Konqueror without a problem. Thus I can not reproduce it

I tried with another user and it works, can this help to solve??

What do you think yourself?

E.g. move the setting of konqueror away from the affected user and see what happens.
