dear community.

running openSuse 13.2

i have noticed:
konquerer works well - mozilla not at all - why` ?

What can i do?

Any commands on Console - to find out more about this funny behavior ?

Do i need some update.

no need for an extra command but post the console error output when you try to run a Mozilla app, anyhow you didn’t say what Mozilla Firefox or SeaMonkey, do you have the Mozilla repo and mixed packages?
post your repo list

zypper lr -d

And yes there was a Firefox update recently maybe your have some mixed rpm’s.

but your repo’s are 13.1 and you even have a 12.3 DVD?
Firefox has been updated to 45 for 13.1 so first update

zypper up

remove the 12.3 DVD as a repo

zypper rr 9

After Firefox is updated and it still doesn’t run, try running Firefox in a console and see the error messages.
