KNetworkManager fails WEP?

KNetworkManager fails to connect to WEP “protected” Wifi?! I have to disable it and connect the oldway! No, it is not a specific network. I encountered the problem with severala WEP “protected” wifi’s. Any one having the same problem and found a solution to it?

I haven’t tried it on WAP Enterprise. Should I expect problems there two?

Used to run 10.3 on this laptop without problem. I want to upgrade to 11.2 but the live CD gives me this trouble so I’ll probably postpone the upgrade.

Is that with KDE or Gnome? If KDE, it works here without doing anything special.
Did you configure Kwallet?
