knetworkmanager dialog not appearing

I cannot seem to get the knetworkmanager dialog to pop up, though the internet is up, but I want to check for the presence of another router.

I could not find the program in the Software Manager program, but it is on the disk, and when I type it in at the terminal, I got the follow error message returned.

OK, Problem Solved … I just mouse right clicked on the PANEL, selected System Tray Settings, and selected Network Settings in the Display section.
