Knetworkmanager at start

Hi to all,
at start, knetworkmanager detect wireless network, but doesn’t automatically connect - I have to restart it to make it work properly.
Instead, it gives that error:

How can I fix it??

Please be as clear as you can about:
openSUSE version?
32/64 bit?
KDE4/Gnome + Version?
How did you configure the networking?
Please post output of:
su -c lspci
(enter rootpassword)
