kmymoney missing ofx import

I’m running tumbleweed, kmymoney 4.8.0.
runs great but there is not a ofx import option, and there are no plugins at all to configure. I even tried installing kmymoney-devel, still no ofx import

anyone help?

restarted computer and it’s working now… odd
