kmix does not show a "main" slider?

Hi, a minor yet slightly annoying issue.
I have a SBLive card and the icon of kmix shows the PCM slider rather than a “main” volurme (which is quite useless for main volume control).
Any ideas of how to get the “Front” slider as default one?
