does anybody know how to reorde item in KMenu Favorites? (KDE 4.x.y)

I don’t think it is possible yet.

I read some have deleted them all, then re-add in the order they want.

You can hand edit ~/.kde4/share/config/kickoffrc if you want under a different username.

You will need to edit ~/.kde4/share/config/kickoffrc under a different username.
