kmail-can't access ,it said "wrong password"//false signal,but what is the reason?

My dear SuseUsers,

I configured evolution in SuSE 11.3 for my workplace.So I can access the e-mail and to work /sending //receiving e-mails using evolution,and I am talking about working e-mails /in-out from factory server ;to be very clear.

But when I am tried to configure the kmail ,the e-mails can be sent but when I send a e-mail from my adress to my adress //to check it does’not occurs in the inbox.But in the sent YES.Really strange.And it makes some checkings it told me that “could not login to server:the password maybe wrong”.

So kmail sends but not receives e-mails.

And it tells me"password maybe wrong"NOT !THE PASSWORD it’s not wrong,I used the same information to configure it ,as in Evolution.So I am thinking somehow the system in kmail can’t access because it has a restriction ,and the message sent to me is wrong .

But I am very sure that the reason for failure is other as I told you above.

So could someone that has experience in configure kmail to advice me?

This is my question.And I complete with the fact in SUSE 11.2 ,I didn’t have this problem,I worked with kmail in 11.2 SuSE without any trouble.

Have someone any idea about failure of kmail?
In EVolution I don’t have this problem.

Very shortly:kmail can’t access server :

it says

“Error checking account.Could not login to ****(name of the server) maybe wrong password”

But I used the same data including password as for Evolution and Evolution works.
WHy kmail don’t work?
I erased identity accounts an I recreated again it doesn’t work.
Horrible situation.I want kmail because is more complete!

Please ,if someone had similar situation and he/she solved,please give me help!

For me is almost clear:not inserted data/password is the reason but a restriction hidden.Help,please!
I’m sure that also for you when something don’t work you don’t like.

PROBLEM SOLVED.
I have created another user.I saved what I needed.
No with this new user/my account,also KMAIL is working.
