kmail account not going online

I had posted the problem in another sub-forum previously as below

It was solved automatically, but Now the problem surfaced again.

To summarize kmail remains offline, even after repeatedly click button to go online.

Please help if any suggestions to solve the problem

below commands solved the problem for now


akonadictl fsck
akonadictl vacuum
akonadictl resart

Will report here if gets problem again
