Kiwi-NG buid issue

I am trying to build a SLES 15 SP4 image from OpenSuse13.2 machine through Docker 1.91

Docker base is SLES15SP4 with Kiwi 9.24.

Open Suse machine does not have internet and repos point to a local network machine.
When I try to build a image, it is stuck at 0% as below, there are no errors. The same docker build works in SLES 15 SP4 and fails in OpenSuse 13.2 machine.

Please let me know if I am missing something.

You first say this is an openSUSE 15.4 problem (in the title prefix).

Then you talk about SLES 15 SP4, which is not openSUSE at all.

Then you talk about openSUSE 13.2 (yes, it was already spelled like that in those times), which is something some of us can remember that it existed, but of which the details for most will already be lost in time.

Can you understand my ??? in this case?
