12.2 KDE (still checking Gnome)
If I disconnect SUSE Paste (WT* Happened to Gimp !)
My AP no longer shows in the Connections, unless I reboot (and it looks like if I switch my wireless off on my Laptop it comes back then too.)
I sometimes toggle between connections
It was working OK in 12.1 and works on other Distros installed.

I’ve noticed the same. However, try toggling the ‘Enable wireless’ check box, and I think you’ll see the SSID list refreshed.

Correct Deano
Thanks for that, it’s pretty quick too.
IMO we could register this as a bug though.
Yes, that happens in Gnome, too.

Agreed. I wish they’d add a refresh button.

Maybe, but it was working OK in 12.1 as it is.

That’s as I find it too.
Only the following reports reality for me
su -c 'iwlist wlan0 scanning'
Maybe, but it was working OK in 12.1 as it is.
Are you suggesting an update changed the behaviour? I thought I’d seen this behaviour with openSUSE 11.4 and KDE4.8, but maybe my memory fails me. When I get a chance, I’ll fire up my old ThinkPad, and give it a try.

Yes, it’s a change for sure.
