Kgpg - Enigmail compatibility

Hi all,

This affects enigmail, but some mighth ave encountered this problem?

Enigmail doesn’t accept to encrypt messages by using a certificate generated KGpg. It displays ‘no valid subkey’ whereas the key was import successfully, and is listed in the keys.

This is what I get when try to send a mail enigmail (thunderbird) to the Opensuse.

Anybody familiar with this?

Thank you for your help.

Bertrand

Edit:

the key is imported successfully. Forgot to include the screenshot proving this.

I use a Free Trustcenter certificate and it works great with Enigmail!

Thank you for your reply.

I found that GnuPG no longer generated DSA & El gamal public keys which could be used for encryption.

Problem solved.

The images are not there.

They give error 403 forbidden, image removed due to violation of terms of
use or user request.
