Just ran zypper dup, and my Wifi password is forgotten, all my cookies are looked in the browser and I need to relogin manually.
maybe someone can confirm this issue.

I have a similar issue where when I use a certain Wi-Fi network, it kept asking me for password. On latest Tumbleweed 20250614
KDE build.
Given the title, I don’t quite understand. Plasma uses kwallet, not keyring. And kwallet does not save browser password. Nor does gnome-keyring.
Chromium, Vivaldi, Opera store cookies in Kwallet. (Firefox, Falkon do not)
If you do not unlock Kwalllet all Gmail, outlook etc logins are reset.
But as [ENTPRESTIGIOUS] describes the same problem as I had after the update, there appears to be an issue.
I do not know about Vivaldi or Opera, but Chromium most certainly does not do it. It stores cookies in the SQLite3 database. The value of cookie is encrypted using password. Depending on the Chromium settings password could be either hard-coded or stored in an external secret storage like KWallet.
