Hello,
I have a problem on my fresh installation of opensuse: something keeps resetting my keyboard repeat delay and repeat rate settings. First I used the desktop’s GUI (I am running lxde) and then xset, but one cannot predict how long the settings will last. It can be hours, half a day, or a few minutes.
Does anyone know what keeps resetting this? I could write a daemon which checks every few seconds the current settings and immediately change to my desired configuration, but that’s not very nice.
Any help would be much appreciated, this is driving me crazy!
