Keyboard setting disappears after reboot

In YaST (GUI) I set the Keyboard to Danish. After a reboot it gets set back to default (English).

Environment:
OpenSuSE 13.2 (all updates applied)
LXDE desktop (the one and only!)
Running in Virtualbox 4.3.18 (if it matters - I don’t think so) on Win7/64 host OS.

Known problem?

Checked almost all GUIs/Windows managers. it is the same.
