Keyboard not working at GRUB

Hello!
I have OpenSUSE 12.3 32 bit. I also have Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32 bit installed in my system but OpenSUSE is the default OS. I am not being able to go into Ubuntu any more. The keyboard is not working at GRUB2. I tried

 grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

but it did not have any effect. I am not being able to go into BIOS even. My keyboard is not working even there.

then how is it related to GRUB? You probably should ask in hardware forum.
