Keyboard layout while unlocking LUKS container

Hi everyone,

I’ve installed from ISO a Leap 15.6 server install on a VPS. Partition schema I’ve used was a small bios partition. And a large 2nd partition with a LUKS container.

Means as of now that PW for LUKS container has to be typed in by me manually via a web based VNC console.

I’ve recognized that keyboard layout while typing the PW is US, QWERTY.

My question is: If I want to change the keyboard layout, in which “context” does this unlocking takes place? Is it grub?
