keyboard layout to my system

I am looking for keyboard layout under country/Region & Language - System settings see below:::

Why Keyboard layout do not show, I found the picture below from internet:;

please help me to add keyboard layout to my system.

This picture is from a very old KDE version (4.4 maybe?).

The keyboard layout settings can be found in “Input Devices” now (“Hardware” section).

Btw, to set the system-wide default keyboard layout, use YaST->Hardware->System Keyboard Layout.

Please allways tell which version of openSUSE you use and which desktop environment.

In this case it is clear that you use KDE, but it is better to tell such information explicit.
