I’m using Gnome and OpenSUSE 11.2, and my keyboard layout changes USA from Finland every time I reboot my pc. I have to delete USA-layout from keyboard preferences every time after reboot.
Any thoughts how to fix this?

In the gdm login prompt, you can set the keyboard layout at a user basis at the bottom bar, just after typing your login name. Usually you need to do that only once.
I don’t have a kdm login prompt right now. So I cannot tell for kdm.
