Does anyone know of a Kernel BS repo where I can get 2.6.27.x series kernels (backported from 11.1) for 11.0? The reason I’m wary of moving over to 11.1 is the horrid Intel graphics driver regression issue. The performance is just too sub-par for me to consider using it on my work laptop.

Would it be safe to install on a 11.0 system?
I don’t know. I know I could try it and get myself out of a hole if I had to. But I always stick with the shipped/updated version.
Wait around for more replies. Some users do use it. Patience
