Keep getting logged out after 10 min of inactivity on 15.2 and Plasma 5.18.
Hello and welcome to the openSUSE forums
Are you logged in in the command line? Or in a desktop, when yes, which desktop environment?
Are you sure this is really a log out and not screen locking (which requires the user’s password to unlock?
I also wonder why you ask now. Because 15.2 is already 4 months out of support, I assume you have it running already for at least that time. So it must have been already like that for half a year or so.
Logged into desktop not ssh.
DE is Plasma 5.18.
Yeah, it actually seems like a lock screen instead of a logout.
I tried to install 15.3 in a VM, but it didn’t work, so I used 15.2
Then, either way, you can go to systemsettings5 (in KDE starter on the lefthand panel). => Workspace => Workspace Behavior => Screen Locking.
There you can set up the automatic screen locking and especailly uncheck “lock screen after waking from sleep”
As said above. In your case also uncheck the first one: Lockscreen: Atomatically after: … minutes.
