can somebody tell me where I can get a binary package for Kdevelop 3.5.5?

Could you tell us which version of openSUSE you have?
If you have 11.2 then it isn’t available in the standard repositories.
Because KDE3 support has been dropped in 11.2.
If you still want to install Kdevelop 3.5.5 then you can get it from the KDE3 repository.

I am using 11.0.
I got an rpm package and when I tried to install it I got a lot of missing components. Most of them I found and installed but 4 of them I can not find.
I will try your link.

That link is for 11.2 anything you get may or may not work in 11.0
