I’m new to OpenSuse, as my username suggests 
I was surprise to find no kdegames4 metapackage in OpenSuse while it’s piece of cake in Debian. May I know where I can get it or how to get around to install all games in KDE SC?

Either click on View->Patterns in YaST->Software Management and select the Games pattern there (I think this would also include some other non-KDE games), but you can select/deselect specific packages after selecting the pattern.
Or install the package “patterns-openSUSE-kde4_games”, or run this in a terminal window:
sudo zypper in -t pattern kde4_games
But the kde4_games pattern does not contain all KDE games AFAICS.
