KDE4 window manager SETTINGS location??

I need to know where kde4 windows stores the settings for “effects”. I need to disable certain effects FROM THE COMMAND LINE. I need to do it this way for a reason. Login effects for kde4 needs to be disabled IN TERMINAL. Thanks

The command is systemsettings run it in a console as su
