KDE4 Unstable/Extra Apps empty

KDE4 Unstable/Extra Apps is now empty/down.
am i missing something here? did it get moved to a different address or reorganized or something?

Packages of application development versions are moved to KDE:KDE4:Playground currently.

I saw it in the kde meeting minutes, have not seen an official
announcement
