I have openSUSE 11.1 64bit gnome. I just installed the kde4 desktop, added the network manager to the taskbar and set my wlan up. But now it just won’t connect. And yes, i have put in the correct ssid and password. I didn’t enable the password-wallet thing of kde4 if that is of matter.
I can connect without any problems on the gnome desktop.
I have problems with the network manager since about one week. Now, the network manager has problems with the last step when connecting, the IP configuration. I have to connect 4-5 before the IP configuration works.
I don’t know which “update” could be the reason, but I know there was a “YAST2-Network” update. I will try to install the old one.
