Hey,
I noticed that Kubuntu optionally sports the KDE4 netbook GUI as of 9.10.
Is this available for download for OpenSUSE somewhere? I’d like to use it for my ultra-portable.
Thanks.

I think right now OpenSuse doesn’t have a KDE netbook remix. Supposedly the KDE4 “netbook remix” will be available in 6 months. I think its called netbook aqua plasma, or some such.
I’m running Kubuntu 9.10 on my Asus Eee PC 1005ha, and its working great. I run OpenSuse 11.2 on all my desktops (~10).
My netbook has gotten me to starting using Ubuntu/Kubuntu since their netbook remixes have been very useful.
I tried Kubuntu, but I don’t like it very much, I’d rather take the Gnome netbook remix, since I think Ubuntu, and any variants are really geared towards Gnome.
I found out there is some Factory repository, which should contain KDE 4.4, which in turn might contain netbook plasma. Any ideas what this means and how it works?
