Kde4 Moving Icond on Panel?

Using Kde 4.11. In previous iterations of Kde I could right-click an icon and click Move. I can’t seem to move icons I add to the panel now.

How do you move panel icons in Kde4?

Rightclick on the panel and select panelsettings.
Then hover with your mousepointer over the icon(s) you want to move, hold the left mousebutton and move it.
Close the panelsettingsbar when you’re done.

Okay, that’s unnecessarily complex. Why not just plain ole drag-n-drop?

Anyway, thanks for the help.
