Did you join our forum just to post that ?

If you want speed in Linux, try something like puppy or DSL linux.

If you want faster boot speed in openSUSE, try LXDE in openSUSE-11.4 M5 (installable from DVD).

There is no 11.4. M5 of upcoming 11.4 has KDE SC 4.6 Beta 2. So it’s unstable… Try with next milestone of 11.4, which should have KDE SC 4.6 RC2.

I would think that openSUSE 11.4 RC1 would have KDE SC 4.6 Final.
