KDE4 Classic Menu Style: Inoperable when remotely connected

Is it a known bug that the Geeko menu in “Classic Menu Style” does not allow for starting anything when remotely connected (e.g. by VNC)?

After having switched it into “Kickoff Menu Style”, everything worked as expected.

I am running openSUSE 11.0 and KDE4.

I found out today that if one uses the RIGTH mouse button with the menu in Classic Menu Style, it does work!
