KDE Turning OFF Desktop Plasma and Going to Default Desktop

I have a very serious problem in KDE. Very disturbing.

There is a sequence of shortcut that when I press it on keyboard my Desktop goes away … and it shows a default desktop. Take a look on the image.

I dont know which shotcut it is… because I always press it accidentally … I know is CTRL+something… Sometime Before I pressed the keys and the desktop went away
and I pressed they keys again and my desktop with my wallpaper and all plasma widgets appeared again!! But I’m trying to do that without success.

In cases like that I used to reboot the system but didnt work… the only way to work was changing the .kde to .kde_old … but this stuff is kinda reseting all my desktop and user preferences which is VERY anoying.

I don’t know why someone would create a shortcut like that… maybe to give us headache… Does someone knows the shotcut to make my desktop(workspace) return to plasma one? Look the imagem how is my desktop(workspace) after
I pressed the shortcut…

Crazy MAN!!! I discovered how to overcome this anoying stuff. Gonna left the solution here to help someone in need.

There is an activity stuff in Plasma that when you click on it your desktop appear again!!! Look the image below… I just clicked on the BLUE Button on plasma activity manager (see the image below the first button) and my Desktop / Workspace appeared again!!! No more headache.

I just dont know what is the objective of this problem… Well at least now I know how to fix it.

It is not ctrl + something. It is meta + something (tab).

meta = “windows” key on keyboard

GNOME 3.6.2
openSUSE Release 12.3 (Dartmouth) 64-bit
Kernel Linux 3.7.10-1.16-desktop

And, it’s not a problem/issue, it’s a feature. It allows you to bind layout, program autostarting to certain activities. Example: a newly created activity Multimedia could have an audioplayer widget, visualisation, a desktop folder with your Music directory, and so on. Switching to that Activity would avoid having to start a filemanager, audioplayer etc.
