I updated my KDE Tumbleweed system a few days ago. There were a few repository change questions in zypper that I responded with the “Use the OpenSUSE” Option. When I rebooted, my beautiful KDE system was replaced by a minimal windowsing system that looks stable but not KDE. I would really like KDE back. Is there any way to restore the old system?
Make sure that patterns-kde-kde and patterns-kde-kde_plasma are installed. Reboot.
Then choose Plasma at your login screen.
