KDE plasmoid for getting updates plasma5-pk-updates stops getting updates

It says: “No connection to the net”.
Last succesful update was 2 days ago.
Browsers are working.

I am using Leap 15.1 + Kernel:stable repo.
Now it is 5.6.2 kernel.

From a Konsole Terminal Window – no need to use the user “root” – use this CLI command:

 > pkcon refresh

Detailed information is available from the “pkcon” man page.
