Ive been having this horrid issue where windows I either close or minimize stick to the desktop after playing either selected closing/minimizing said window.

First: welcome to the openSUSE forums.
What do you mean with “stick to the desktop”. You mean that when you close a window (e.g. by clicking the X) it will not close but remain visible?
BTW, when you want to show a picture, upload it to https://paste.opensuse.org/ . Or paste it direct into your post.
Many people do not like it to go to some commercial image hosting site, in any case, I did not see anything.
Precisely, I cant get a good pic/video of it but regardless. The windows when closed, play an animation, close properly but visually remain on the desktop and above other windows.
Go to System Settings, then desktop effects and turn off Translucency.
That fixed it for me with my Intel ARC A750 using Wayland.

Mine works now but has little glitches, so I leave it off.
It was like yours, totally unusable. But an update fixed part of it.
